HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on the type of products you order, your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.
Regular 6-Directions products that you have not chosen to customise or personalise will be delivered within 2-7 business days by the selected delivery service
Public holidays & Warehouse closed
Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered. So, please expect additional delivery time if you place your order on one of the Danish public holiday
Delivery Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Denmark.
- 6-Directions.com can only ship within the EU.
- All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value).
- You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
WHY CAN’T YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order.
Here are a few possible causes:
- The product(s) you ordered are out of stock.
- You live in a remote area, and we cannot deliver there.
- You specified a PO box as your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes, because our deliveries need to be signed upon receipt.
- Your country is being serviced by our authorised distributor.
- A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATER?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.
Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
- Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
- You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
- Your order was placed during a Danish public holiday or a local public holiday. Our main warehouse is in Denmark, and it is home base for each and every one of our products.
- There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
If you haven’t received your package within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps below.
- Make sure you check the delivery times for the product type of your order.
- Check the status of your order with the order tracker.
- Check the delivery status of your order below. It explains each stage the delivery can be in, and what you can do at that stage.
|Order has status ‘Cancelled’.||Your order may have been cancelled for various reasons. You receive an email explaining why your order was cancelled.|

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?
You can track your order by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email.
If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can also check the status of your order via the Order Tracker page. Simply enter your order number and email address, then click ‘Track Order’ to open the page displaying your order details.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE TRACK & TRACE CODE FOR MY ORDER?
You usually receive the track & trace code for your order with the shipping confirmation email.
If you haven’t received the shipment confirmation email containing the track & trace code after 5 days of placing the order, please check your spam folder in case the email got delivered there. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll help you with the return and refund process.
Requests for return/exchange of any article bought at a wholesale partner or other 6-directions authorised resellers will not be accepted or approved. If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
After you drop off your return package at your local shipping point, it can take 2-7 business days for the package to get to our warehouse in Denmark.
Once it arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 24 hours to process. During peak times the processing time may exceed 24 hours.
As soon as we start processing your return package at our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received and are processing your order.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PRODUCT(S)?
Good news. Returning products doesn’t cost a thing as long as you follow the instructions on how to return a product. Be sure to follow the return instructions for the same carrier that delivered the parcel to you.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Items purchased from the 6-Directions online shop
Returns are free & easy within 14 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 14 days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.
Items purchased at a 6-Directions authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will reimburse you from the day we:
- receive your online order back at our warehouse; or
- are informed by you about your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement and within those 14 days (a) you have provided us with evidence that you have returned your online order or (b) we have received your online order back at our warehouse.
Once you give the parcel back to the carrier, it takes approximatively 2 – 7 business days to ship it to our warehouse in Denmark. We will notify you via email once we receive your returned item(s).
From the moment we authorise the refund, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks and payment methods. You will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s).

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?
Follow these steps to return your order:
- Is there no return form and label in your parcel, please contact us.
- Fill out the return form and include it in your parcel.
- Stick the prepaid label on your parcel over the original label.
- Take your parcel to any drop off point of your carrier:
- Get your refund back within 14 days.
Items purchased at the 6-Directions online shop can only be returned to us by post. You can return your online order free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. If you received items in several parcels, the 14-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

We will try our best to refund your shipping costs when possible, but we cannot guarantee that. In some cases, your entire shipping costs can be refunded, please contact us for further information.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING MY PRODUCT(S)?
This depends on where your products were purchased and the type of products they are.
Returns and Withdrawal policy for items purchased at the 6-Directions Online Shop
The easiest and our preferred way to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return your products for free at the same time, is to follow the instructions on how to return a product. However, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by submitting a clear declaration stating your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale. For more details, please read clause 2.13 and further of our Terms & Conditions.
You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving your order without having to give any reason. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 14 days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel. In order for us to fully refund your returned items you must return them in suitable packaging and if the items are not used, worn or damaged more resulting from the handling than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. The product mut be in its original state and packaging. Items purchased from the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged at our authorised reseller store.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
It depends on the type of products you ordered and your payment method.
Credit or debit card
If you used a credit or debit card to order, you will be charged as follows:
- For standard 6-Directions products, you’ll be charged when the order leaves the warehouse. When you place the order we authorise the amount, then after the order leaves the warehouse we capture the amount.
If you used PayPal, you will be charged as soon as you place the order.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
A few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number. If you can’t find your confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you are using Gmail, check the promotions folder.
If you recently made your purchase, be aware that it may take up to 24 hours to process your order before you get your confirmation email.
If there’s a spelling mistake in the email address you submitted, we will not be able to send you an email. But don’t worry, your order will still be processed as normal.
How can I check my order status if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
If you purchased your products with PayPal, you don’t need to contact us. You can find your order number under ‘purchase details’ – Use this to track your order.
How can I be sure to never miss another confirmation email?
Before completing your order, please make sure that you have entered the correct information. Better still, create an account to securely save your details for future purchases. You’ll also be able to check your recent orders under ‘My Account’ when you log in.
CAN I GET A VAT INVOICE?
It is not possible to get a VAT invoice. However, the VAT amount and rate of your purchase is stated on your invoice.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment methods in our online shop: Visa, Mastercard, all Debit Cards and PayPal.
There’s also the option to checkout with PayPal Express. It’s a fast and secure way to bypass guest checkout and purchase our products online. PayPal has all of your details saved, so all it takes is an email address and password to safely complete your online purchase.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
You can cancel online orders entirely, within 15 minutes of placing it.
- Open the email we sent you to confirm the order to find the order number.
- Contact us via our contact form.
- Copy and paste your order number into the ‘Order number’ field, enter your all your data.
- Select “Support on Ordering” as REASON.
- Select one or more of the products you would like to cancel and write a cancellation reason for each item in the MESSAGE
- Click Submit
Once your cancellation has been processed (within 2 – 4 hours), we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you used to place your order. You will receive a refund for the cancelled products.
Orders cannot be changed once they are received. If you would like to add something to your order, please either place another one or contact our customer service team and they will help get you taken care of.
HOW DO I MANAGE THE CONTENT OF MY SHOPPING BAG?
Go to the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of any page and “View Cart”. From there you can manage the content of your shopping bag.
- To delete a product, click ‘x’ at the end of the specific product line.
- To change the quantity of a product, click the product quantity box and select the number you want to order.
CAN MY DELIVERY AND BILLING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT?
Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address as long as both addresses are in the same country.
All you need to do is untick the box that says ‘My billing information is the same as my delivery information’ and then you can enter in your correct billing details.
WHY IS MY ONLINE ORDER CANCELLED?
Sometimes we have to cancel orders. This can be due to a number of reasons, including:
- Stock availability. It is most likely that we ran out of stock before we could process your order.
- Payment issues. Your payment did not go through or we were not able to verify your payment details.
- Delivery address issues. You may have accidently entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which we couldn’t process.
- Technical issues.
You are not charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.
WHAT EMALS WILL I RECEIVE REAGRDING MY ORDER?
Typically, you’ll receive the following emails in regards to your order:
- Order confirmation email to acknowledge we have successfully received your order
- Shipping email containing your Track & Trace code
In the case of a return, the following emails will be sent for your assurance:
- Confirmation email when the carrier has collected your return parcel
- Confirmation email once we have received your return at our warehouse and the refund has been authorised
Upon cancelling your order, we’ll send you a cancellation confirmation email to confirm your order has been cancelled.
WILL I RECIEVE A COPY OF MY INVOICE?
Yes, we will email you a copy of your invoice. You should receive it shortly after you get your shipment confirmation email.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PROCESSED?
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed successfully. Once you receive the shipment email your order has been processed successfully.
You can check the status of your order by visiting the order tracker. This will tell you at which stage of the delivery process your order is.
HOW LONG AFTER RECEIVING MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
After you receive your shipment confirmation email, it can take up to 24 hours before you will be able to track the package online. This is because your carrier needs to scan your package before you can track it. It can take slightly longer if there’s a weekend in between.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM YOUR ONLINE SHOP?
You don’t need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases. It’s not necessary though if you just want to place an order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES IF I LIVE OUTSIDE DENMARK?
All of the prices on our website are listed in EURO or DKK. Additional charges vary by country. Any customs, tariffs, or additional taxes are not included with the shipment cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Our web shop currently do not handle order from outside EU. If you wish to place an order outside EU zone, please contact our sales team.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PRODUCT(S)?
Every 6-Directions product is made to last from high-quality materials. Quality is paramount to us. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to make sure they are in the best possible position to stand up to the uses they were designed. But it’s an inevitable reality that products can get damaged on their way to the buyer.
6-Directions products come with a one-year warranty that starts on the day you purchase your 6-Directions product. Defective 6D products are returnable during the warranty period. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase. Performance under warranty includes rectifying all functional defects free of charge that are caused by deficient material. Once you do return it, our quality assurance department will inspect it. We will either provide a replacement or repair the product, at our discretion and under the exclusion of the right of annulment or price reduction, if we assess that the product was damaged during the manufacturing process, or if they are in a different condition to how they are supposed to come from the factory
Excluded from the warranty are deficiencies caused by forceful damage, improper use, modification and unprofessional repair attempts. Deficiencies due to normal wear and tear are also excluded. Other claims, particularly compensation for damage to items other than the product itself, are also excluded.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PROMO CODE IF I RETUNR MY ONLINE ORDER, OR IF MY ORDER IS CANCELLED?
It depends which type of Promo Code you used.
If you used a Promo Code that gave you a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off), the Promo Code can be replaced if you return the order, or part of it. It can also be replaced if your order got cancelled, or if you cancelled the order yourself.
Unfortunately it is not possible to reactivate used Promo Code.
WHY WON’T MY PROMO CODE WORK ON SALES PRODUCTS?
If your Promo Code isn’t working on sales products, it’s probably due to the Promo Code’s Terms and Conditions. Check the source of your Promo Code for the Promo Code-specific Terms and Conditions. Promo Code are always linked to their respective Terms and Conditions.
If sales products are excluded from your Promo Code, use your Promo Code on a regular product instead.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PROMO CODE ISN’T WORKING?
Sometimes when you try to use a Promo Code you can get a message saying it’s either expired or not recognized. If it’s expired, you won’t be able to use it any more. If it’s not recognized, you can follow these steps to get to the bottom of the problem.
First you need to make sure you are using the Promo Code correctly. Read the terms and conditions of the promo code. Also make sure the Promo Code applies to at least one item in your bag – not all items are eligible for promo codes.
If none of these issues apply, make sure you’ve entered the Promo Code exactly as it appears. It’s easy to make mistakes if you enter the code manually. Some common mistakes are:
- Check spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes.

HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?
With a Promo Code, you’re able to get a discount when you purchase products through our online store. Here’s how to claim your discount:

WHY DOESN’T MY PROMO CODE APPLY THE CORRECT DISCOUNT TO MY ORDER?

IS TRAINING WITH 6-DIRECTIONS SAFE?
6-Directions training is actually safer than other types of training, because the resistance is gradual and you control the amount of it. The resistance is not, for example, like free weights, where the resistance is dependent on gravity. That’s one reason 6-Directions are even used for rehabilitation from injury. Our trainers and sport experts have created our exercises in a way that guarantees maximum training success with minimum risk of injury. We recommend you to warm up adequately before training and to remember to take time for the cool-down phase when you’ve finished your workout. Please consult your physician or physical therapist before starting your training, particularly if you have an illness, health problem, or injury.
HOW DO I EXERCISE WITH 6D SLIDING
6D SLIDING can be performed on any kind of smooth-surfaced flooring. All of the suggested exercises tighten and firm up the stomach muscles. To get the best out of the exercises, keep a focus on both breathing and your technique while you are doing them. You’ll get visible and tangible results.
HOW MANY LEVELS ARE THERE WITH 6D SLIDING?
6D SLIDING can be used on many different levels. Basically, you can increase your level by using more 6D Sliders. Start out with a single mat and try more if you want to be challenged. With 6D SLIDING you uses your own body weight, especially for the basic level and before you have developed your strength. As you become more experienced with slide training, you can use your imagination and incorporate other tools into your training. For example, you could challenge yourself with extra weights such as a body bar or dumbbells.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY COURSE REGISTRATION?
Course registration fees cannot be refunded later than 6 weeks before course start. After that the 6 weeks, registration is binding.
- Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made to 6-Directions by email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 business days before the course date.
- Requests made less than 14 business days before the course dates are subject to a €68 (500 DKK) rescheduling fee.
- Registrants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a €32 (237 DKK) fee at least 14 business days before course date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF 6-DIRECTIONS CANCEL/CHANGE THE COURSE?
We work hard to ensure that our courses schedule are fixed. However, unforeseen events may impact our schedule.
Should 6-Directions cancel the course, for any reason, you will receive a complete refund. You will be informed in good time and course fees for cancelled events will be credited to you. The same applies in the event of a postponement if you should desired.
Any cancellation charges for hotels or tickets will not be reimbursed by 6-DIRECTIONS. The same applies to other compensation claims you may raise. You should provide a telephone number when placing a booking under which you can be reached in urgent circumstances (cancellations, date changes, etc.).
HOW DO I PASS THE COURSE?
You must successfully complete the course in order to receive a course Qualification. If you miss 90 minutes or more of the course you will be ineligible to receive a Qualification. No refunds or credits, whether partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
