You can cancel online orders entirely, within 15 minutes of placing it.


  1. Open the email we sent you to confirm the order to find the order number.
  2. Contact us via our contact form.
  3. Copy and paste your order number into the ‘Order number’ field, enter your all your data.
  4. Select “Support on Ordering” as REASON.
  5. Select one or more of the products you would like to cancel and write a cancellation reason for each item in the MESSAGE
  6. Click Submit

Once your cancellation has been processed (within 2 – 4 hours), we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you used to place your order. You will receive a refund for the cancelled products.


Orders cannot be changed once they are received. If you would like to add something to your order, please either place another one or contact our customer service team and they will help get you taken care of.
